And the light cutting spiral cutter head is mainly used in vertical shaft machine, four-sided planer and other main cutting plane smooth and round.

The blade is a very important helper for both heavy and light cutting heads, so the spiral cutter shaft requires special attention when using or replacing the blade:

One. To change a cutting edge, rotate the blade 90° after scrubbing it clean. Note: There is a marking point on the surface of the blade to ensure the same orientation, to avoid the old and new cutting edges to change the wrong.
Two, gently press the blade, slide a few times, spiral knife, so that the bottom surface of the blade and the knife seat fit, clockwise locking screw, the blade will automatically be pressed against the knife seat positioning table. (Note: In order to ensure that the screw and the screw hole will not bite, rust, flat planer spiral knife, to avoid the next time is not easy to loosen, change the blade screws need to dip a little oil lubrication).
Three.Check carefully whether the blade is placed correctly on the knife seat, to avoid locking the blade when the blade is broken or the cutting surface is ribbed.
Four, check the blade before use, woodworking spiral knife, if broken, please be sure to replace it immediately, so as to avoid causing safety accidents and damage to the product, and often check the screws to avoid screw loosening.
